“I needed to drive to London. All of a sudden the coolant light came up. But I was not able to open the bonnet. So I went to a few garages. A Halfords staff asked me to try this garage. So I went to MC, just before closing time. The man at the reception opened it for me, I filled up the coolant and he helped me to close it. I don’t know his name but that man’s a legend.”
